Reach Out is live and ready for use in your Clinked portals!
What is Reach Out exactly? Recently, clients had inquired about different ways to enhance communication across groups in their portal. Their ask was to automate the sharing of important news and updates directly in Clinked across specific groups. This one-to-many approach was right up our alley (and development roadmap)! After a bit of heavy lifting with our development team and testing with beta testers, we're happy to roll it out for all users.
Thanks to this fantastic client request, all super admins will be able to send communication to all members of the selected groups. Hope you'll like this as much as we do - check out the steps below to send your first Reach Out:
How to create a Reach Out
Step 1
To create your reach out, first go to the megaphone icon at the top of your clinked portal, then select New Reach Out
Step 2
Then type the names of the groups you would like to send the message to, or select them from the list of clients
Step 3
Enter a subject line and your text , you can also add media, links, or attach a document straight from your computer
Step 4
Once your Reach Out is ready, you can send a test email to see a quick preview, or simply hit Send
