First of all, what is Clinked?

Clinked offers secure communication, collaboration & information sharing portal - with customizable workspaces, unlimited projects and groups and more. By using a Clinked client portal, businesses can manage projects, teams and clients all from one place, and everyone can be kept up to date on the latest documents, discussions and events.

 

What is a user?

A user is somebody who will have login access (email and password) to your client portal, and will be able to communicate with other members of your portal within your tool.

 

What is a guest?

A guest is not a paid user. Guests can receive files and documents through users sharing the content externally, with optional password protection and an expiry date/time.

 

Who are the typical Clinked customers?

Typical users of the software are: Professional Services industry (Accountants, Architects, Lawyers etc), Government Organisations and Enterprises.

Which pricing packages offer white labelling?

All of the packages offer white label branding! This will mean that you can customise your logo, URL, login, colours and terminology.

 

With the enterprise package, your white-label mobile app and SmartSync desktop is included in the price, whereas it costs extra to brand them with other packages.

 

What are the differences between the pricing packages?

The different pricing packages offer a varying number of features and support available. For example, with the enterprise package you are entitled to 24/7 support.

 

Is there a free option?

Yes! When you finish your trial, you can choose to downgrade to a free version of our client portal if you wish.

 

Are there any long-term commitments?

No, there are no long-term commitments. You can cancel/downgrade at any time, as well as upgrade.

 

Which languages are supported?
