Furthermore, we're thrilled to announce significant enhancements to Version 2 of our product, ensuring that Clinked remains at the forefront of innovation and client satisfaction. 

1. Folders for Notes

With the new folder functionality, you can now effortlessly organize your Notes within Clinked. This feature is designed to streamline your workflow, allowing for a more efficient and tidy way to manage your information. Clients can see detailed instructions in this video.2. Subtasks in Tasks

We're also thrilled to introduce another productivity booster in Version 2 – Subtasks. This feature is a game-changer for project and task management. With Subtasks, you can break down any project or task into smaller, manageable components. This granular approach allows for individual tracking, prioritization, and assignment to different team members.

3. Tasks Drag and Drop

We've made task management even more intuitive with a simple yet powerful enhancement: drag-and-drop functionality. Now, you can easily rearrange tasks with just a few clicks. This feature is designed for ease and flexibility, allowing you to quickly adjust priorities and timelines in a dynamic, visual way.

4. Tasks export at account level

We're excited to announce two powerful enhancements to task management in Version 2. Firstly, you can now export all tasks, providing you with a comprehensive overview for analysis or external use. Secondly, we've introduced advanced filtering options, allowing you to filter tasks based on Group, Workspace, Project, Member, Priority, and more.Go to Settings>Tasks Summary>All Tasks (button) to access this feature.

5. Kanban view for Tasks (Premium and Enterprise packages)

We are delighted to introduce the Kanban view for Tasks in Version 2, offering a more intuitive and visual approach to task management. This feature allows you to visualize tasks in a clear, organized board format, making it easier to track progress and workflow stages. This innovative Kanban view for Tasks is now available exclusively to our Premium and Enterprise customers.

6. OneDrive integration

In addition to Google Drive, Clinked now seamlessly integrates with Microsoft's OneDrive. Customers can see detailed instructions in this video.

7. Members’ security status check: 2FA

Enhancing the security of your portal has never been easier. In our ongoing commitment to safeguarding your data, we've added a crucial feature to Version 2: the ability to quickly view which members are using Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Now, directly from the main members view, you can easily check the security status of each member's account.

8. Hide contact details of members

In our continuous effort to ensure the utmost privacy and security for our users, we've introduced an option to hide members' contact details. This feature, accessible under the general account settings, empowers administrators with greater control over privacy. Go to Settings>General to make changes.

9. New Member type

We've introduced a new member type for increased flexibility in assigning rights, enabling more members to create Groups, Projects, and Workspaces.
