At Clinked, we’re constantly working on providing our customers with the best possible experience, and so we are thrilled to announce the launch of our brand new website this month!
Over the past few months we’ve been working on completely transforming the Clinked website, aiming to give our clients access to what they need quickly and easily. With this relaunch comes the inclusion of an extensive overview of Clinked’s features, allowing prospective customers to gain an in-depth understanding of what the portal offers. The approach is to have a more user friendly logic in mind, designed with the aim of directing our customers to the most useful pages for them quickly and easily.
There is also guidance for specific industries, such as accounting, governance, and legal services on how the portal can best serve their businesses and how to tailor the software to best meet their client’s needs.
Migrating from our previous website, our popular help and learning centre returns in the relaunch. This hub offers a rich and in-depth collection of articles that run through how to best use Clinked’s many features, and also includes step by step guidance on how to implement all of Clinked’s integrations. Our wider Resources centre has also been improved, with a useful collection of webinars, case studies, and whitepapers - all available in a central location. The wider blog has also been developed, with a broad range of topics discussed and more thought leadership articles published, with these also being circulated on LinkedIn and Medium.
Clinked CEO Tayfun Bilsel has spearheaded the project and is a strong believer in the use of high quality content to delight and satisfy customers. ‘At Clinked, we are constantly working to improve our customer’s experience and thinking about what they need next.
